This page explains how the Tongzhuo Machinery website handles project enquiries.
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects the contact and project details you enter, including your name, email address and project requirements. Other details you choose to provide, such as company, country, material and production targets, become part of the enquiry.
How enquiries are used
Submitted enquiries are stored in the website’s WordPress administration system so they can be reviewed and used to respond to your project. An email notification is sent to our inquiry mailbox so the team can review your request. Notification delivery may be retried if a temporary error occurs. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card information or unrelated sensitive information.
Website measurement and external contacts
Our WordPress pages use basic first-party measurement to understand visits, download-link clicks, WhatsApp-link clicks and successfully saved enquiries. A random identifier is held in this browser tab’s session storage; it is not joined across tabs, browsers or devices. We record page paths, the referring website’s hostname and campaign labels where available. The analytics table does not store enquiry names, email addresses, message text, raw IP addresses or full browser user-agent strings. Enquiry records are stored separately as described above.
Analytics events are retained for 90 days and are available to authorised website administrators. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable browser measurement. Administrators and marked test activity are excluded from normal reports. Hosting and essential website services may keep separate technical records; the analytics endpoint also uses a temporary salted hash of the connecting IP address to limit excessive requests. We do not add advertising tags through this measurement system. Email and WhatsApp links open separate services whose own privacy terms apply.
Access and deletion requests
To ask about your enquiry information or request its deletion, email inquiry@tonzomachinery.com. Include enough detail to identify the enquiry without sending additional sensitive information.
