Specify each required size fraction, its intended use and any particle-shape requirements. These outputs guide the review of crushing stages, screening arrangements and material transfer.

A process to evaluate

Controlled feeding may lead to primary crushing, further reduction and screening. Screen oversize can return to an appropriate stage. This is a process outline; it is not a fixed equipment package or a delivered-project claim.

Information for a configuration review

  • Material description, sample information and maximum feed size.
  • Required throughput and the proportion of each finished fraction.
  • Available area, elevations, power and feed-loading method.
  • Existing equipment and the limits of any retained machines.
  • Dust, water, stockpile and site-access requirements.

A replacement crusher and a complete new line have different interfaces. Identify the intended supply scope when describing your project.
