Choose the recovery objective
Construction-waste recycling and tailings recovery involve different feeds and process conditions. Start by describing the incoming material and the product you intend to recover.
Recycled aggregates
For construction and demolition material, review sorting, unwanted-material removal, crushing, metal removal and screening. Feed composition and product acceptance requirements determine the useful scope. Mobility is a separate decision based on relocation and site conditions.
Tailings and fine material
For tailings, assess particle sizes, solids concentration and the recovery target. Classification, fine recovery, dewatering and sludge handling may form different branches of the process. Residual-mineral recovery requires its own sample evidence.
What to send
Include a feed description, representative photographs or test data, target outputs, quantity or flow, existing equipment and the routes available for water and rejected material.
