TS dewatering screen for sand and tailings
TS
A vibrating deck separates free water from wet material in sand-washing, fine-recovery and suitable tailings circuits. Compare TS models against the material, slurry conditions and required installation.

The dewatering duty after washing or recovery
Wet material moves forward along the vibrating screen as water passes through the deck. The screen handles the dewatering duty; a hydrocyclone recovery system performs a different separation task. Plan the screen around its incoming material and the equipment before and after it.
Specify the deck and support arrangement
The catalogue lists stainless steel, nylon and polyurethane deck options, together with base-mounted, suspended and combined mounting arrangements. Review the deck material, selected model, available supports and connection conditions before confirming an installation.
Questions before you choose
Does a dewatering screen guarantee a fixed final moisture content?
This specification table does not establish a guaranteed final moisture value. The screen separates free water, but the required result needs to be checked against the actual material and operating conditions. Include the intended product handling and moisture requirement in the enquiry.
What affects the choice of TS model?
Material size, slurry concentration and screen-deck material affect the duty. Compare the reference capacity with the intended throughput, then confirm the deck, mounting arrangement and upstream/downstream interfaces for the project. Base mounting is the catalogue default unless another arrangement is specified.
Can I use the screen-area column for sizing calculations?
The source table has an unresolved unit inconsistency in the screen-area column. Confirm the unit before using those values for sizing calculations. The specification table retains this warning rather than treating the unit as verified.
